The block includes settings for these different cart requirements.
This block is useful when a store has purchasing restrictions.
For example:

20 items
A merchant may require:
Minimum order value: $50
A merchant may limit an order to:
Maximum order value: $5,000
A merchant may require products to be purchased in multiples of:
5
This is especially useful for wholesale and B2B stores.
Enable this option to require customers to purchase a minimum number of products.
Example:
Minimum Quantity: 3A customer with only 1 or 2 items in the cart will not satisfy the configured rule.
Set the maximum number of items allowed in the cart.
